In Zippendo, a shipment is a parcel (or set of parcels) you send with a carrier. Each shipment has a carrier, a shipping product (e.g. express, standard), sender and recipient, and one or more parcels. You can create shipments manually or from an order.

Where to find Shipments

Open Shipments from the main menu. You’ll see:
  • A list of all your shipments (with filters and date range).
  • A Create shipment button to add a new one.
Click a shipment to open its detail page, where you can see status, documents, labels, and tracking. [IMAGE: Placeholder – Screenshot of the Shipments list with “Create shipment” and date range.]

What you need before creating a shipment

1

At least one connected carrier

Go to Carriers and connect a carrier (e.g. Postnord, DHL). You’ll choose carrier and product when creating the shipment.
2

At least one sender address

Set up under Settings → Sender. You’ll select which sender address to use for the shipment.
After that you can create a shipment by choosing carrier, product, addresses, and parcels. Optionally you can create a shipment from an order (e.g. from Orders → open order → Create shipment).
