Forgot password

If you don’t remember your password:
  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? (or similar).
  2. Enter the email associated with your Zippendo account.
  3. Click Send or Reset password. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  4. Open the link (it may expire after a short time). Enter your new password (and confirm it), then submit. You can then sign in with the new password.
The reset link is valid for a limited time (e.g. 1 hour). If it expires, request a new reset from the sign-in page.

Reset password (when you’re logged in)

If you’re already signed in and want to change your password, look for Profile or Account (e.g. under your name in the sidebar or in Settings). There should be a Change password or Password section where you enter your current password and a new one, then save.

Security tips

  • Use a strong, unique password. Don’t reuse passwords from other sites.
  • If you didn’t request a reset and received an email anyway, your email may be entered by mistake—you can ignore it. If you’re worried, change your password after signing in and contact support.
