Where to manage them
Go to Settings → Shipping Rules. You’ll see a list of rules; use Add Shipping Rule (or similar) to create one, or open an existing rule to edit it.What a rule contains
- Conditions – When the rule applies (e.g. weight between X and Y kg, destination country, order channel). Only one rule may apply per shipment depending on how the app evaluates them.
- Carrier and product – Which connected carrier and which shipping product to use when the rule matches.
- Auto-Print Labels (optional) – If enabled, choose a printer; when a shipment that matches this rule is sent, its label is sent to that printer. See Auto-print labels.
Adding or editing a rule
Set conditions
Define when this rule applies (e.g. weight range, country, channel). Leave conditions broad if you want a default rule for most shipments.
Choose carrier and product
Select the carrier and product that should be used when the rule matches.
Optional: turn on Auto-Print
If you want labels to print automatically when a matching shipment is sent, turn on Auto-Print Labels and select the printer.
The order of rules can matter if multiple rules could match. The app usually applies the first matching rule (or the best match). Check the in-app help or tooltips for how priority works.
