Add a sender address
Go to Settings → Sender and add at least one sender address. This is the “from” address that appears on your labels. Without it, you can’t connect carriers or create shipments.
Connect a carrier
Go to Carriers, open the All Carriers tab, and click Connect on the carrier you use (e.g. Postnord, Bring). You’ll need your carrier account details (e.g. customer number, API key). Choose the sender address you added in step 1.
Connect an order channel (optional)
If you want orders from your webshop to appear in Zippendo, go to Order channels and connect Shopify, WooCommerce, or another supported channel. You can skip this and create shipments manually at first.
Steps 1 and 2 are required. Steps 3 and 4 are optional and can be done in any order once you’re ready.
After onboarding
- Create a shipment – Go to Shipments → Create shipment and fill in carrier, product, addresses, and parcels. See Creating a shipment.
- Create a shipment from an order – If you connected an order channel, open an order and use Create shipment to create a shipment from that order.
- Edit carrier behaviour – Open the carrier from Carriers → My Carriers to change test mode, ZPL labels, cancel behaviour, and more. See Carrier settings.
You’re ready to ship when you have at least one sender address and one connected carrier. The rest can be added as you go.
