Settings is where you manage your organization, team, sender addresses, shipping rules, billing, API, and webhooks. Open Settings from the main menu (or your profile/org menu) to see the different sections.

Settings sections

Organization

Organization name and preferences.

Team

Invite members and manage roles.

Sender addresses

Add and manage “from” addresses for labels and carriers.

Shipping rules

Define when to use which carrier and product; optional auto-print.

Pricing and billing

Plan, payment methods, and invoices.

API settings

Create and manage API tokens.

Webhooks

Configure webhook endpoints for events.

  • Sender addresses – Required for connecting carriers and creating shipments. Add at least one under Settings → Sender.
  • Shipping rules – Optional but useful to automate carrier/product choice and auto-print. See Shipping rules.
  • Team – Invite colleagues and control who can access the organization. See Team.
