Where to see available carriers
In Zippendo, go to Carriers → All Carriers. The list you see there is the full set of carriers you can add. Each card usually has a short name and a Connect button; some may have a Learn more link to carrier-specific help. Carriers vs Integrations
In the menu you may see Carriers (or “Carriers / Integrations”). Here’s the simple distinction:- Carriers
- Integrations
The shipping companies you connect so you can create shipments, get prices, and print labels (e.g. Postnord, DHL). Use the Carriers area for these.
Carrier-specific help and credentials
Each carrier has its own sign-up and credential process:- Where to get credentials – Usually in the carrier’s customer portal or developer section (e.g. API keys, customer IDs). The carrier’s own help or support can guide you.
- Zippendo’s carrier guides – For some carriers we have step-by-step articles. If you see a Learn more link on a carrier card, it will take you to the relevant guide.
If your carrier isn’t in the list under All Carriers, we don’t support it yet. You can contact us to request it or ask when it might be available.
