Orders in Zippendo are sales orders that flow in from your connected channels (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce). You use them to create shipments and ship parcels to your customers.

Where to find Orders

Open Orders from the main menu. You’ll see a list of orders with key details (order number, date, status, customer, etc.). Use the list to find an order, then open it to see full details and create a shipment. [IMAGE: Placeholder – Screenshot of the Orders list.]

Where orders come from

Orders appear in Zippendo when you connect an order channel (e.g. Shopify or WooCommerce). New orders from that channel sync into Zippendo so you can fulfill them in one place. If you haven’t connected a channel yet, the orders list may be empty; see Order channels to connect your store.

What you can do with orders

Typical flow

  1. Orders sync from your connected store(s) into Orders.
  2. You open an order to see items, shipping address, and status.
  3. You click Create Shipment, choose carrier and product, then create the shipment. The new shipment is linked to the order.
  4. You print the label, hand the parcel to the carrier, and (optionally) mark the shipment as sent. Order status can update to Fulfilled when all items are shipped.
For step-by-step shipment creation, see Creating a shipment and Order detail and Create Shipment.
