The Orders page shows all orders that have synced from your connected channels. You can browse the list, open any order for details, and create shipments from there.
What you see in the list
Each row usually shows things like:
- Order number – The reference from your store.
- Date – When the order was created (or synced).
- Status – e.g. Pending, Processing, Fulfilled, Cancelled (see Order statuses).
- Customer / shipping address – Who the order is for and where to ship.
- Actions – Open the order, create a shipment, or delete (if supported).

Browsing and finding orders
- Scroll or paginate – If there are many orders, use the table’s pagination or scroll to see more.
- Sort – Click column headers to sort by date, order number, or status (if the app supports it).
- Filters / date range – If the page has filters or a date range, use them to narrow the list (e.g. only last 7 days, or a specific status).
To fulfill an order, open it and use Create Shipment. You choose carrier, product, sender address, and the shipment is linked to that order.
Empty list
If you don’t see any orders:
- Connect an order channel – Orders come from Shopify, WooCommerce, or other connected channels. Go to Order channels and connect your store if you haven’t yet.
- Check sync – After connecting, new orders should sync automatically. Existing orders may sync as well depending on the integration; give it a few minutes or check the channel’s status.
See Order channels and Connecting Shopify (or WooCommerce) for setup.
