Signing in

  1. Open the Zippendo sign-in page (e.g. from the main site or app URL).
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Sign in (or Log in). You’ll be taken to the app. If you have access to more than one organization, you may land in the last org you used; use the org switcher to change.
If you use single sign-on (SSO) or Google/Microsoft login, choose that option instead and follow the provider’s steps. Your email must be linked to a Zippendo account.

Signing out

Use Sign out (or Log out) in the user menu—usually in the top-right or sidebar (your name or avatar). Click it to log out of Zippendo. You’ll need to sign in again to access the app.

If you can’t sign in

  • Wrong password – Use Forgot password to reset it.
  • Account not found – Make sure you’re using the email that was invited or registered. If you were invited to an organization, use the link in the invitation email to set your password and sign in.
  • Account not verified – If you see a message about verifying your email, check your inbox for the verification link and click it, then try signing in again. See Verify email.
