Sender addresses are the “from” addresses that appear on your shipping labels and are used when you connect carriers. You need at least one before you can add carriers or create shipments.

Where to manage them

Go to Settings → Sender (or Sender addresses / Locations). There you can add, edit, and delete sender addresses.

Adding a sender address

1

Open Settings → Sender

Click Add Sender Address (or similar).
2

Enter address details

Fill in name (e.g. “Oslo Warehouse”), street, postal code, city, country, and any other required fields (e.g. phone, email). This is the address that will show as the sender on labels.
3

Save

Save the address. It then appears in the list and can be chosen when connecting a carrier or creating a shipment.

Using sender addresses

  • Carriers – When you connect a carrier, you choose which sender address to use for that carrier. You can override it later in Carrier settings if needed.
  • Shipments – When creating a shipment, you select the sender address for that shipment (often pre-filled from the carrier’s default).
  • Return address – Some carriers let you set a different return address; you can pick from your sender addresses there too.
Use clear names (e.g. “Oslo Warehouse”, “Returns – Berlin”) so your team knows which address to choose when creating shipments or editing carriers.

Editing or deleting

  • Edit – Open the address and change any field, then save.
  • Delete – Remove the address if you no longer use it. You can’t delete an address that is still in use (e.g. as the only sender on a carrier). Change the carrier to another address first, or add another sender address before deleting.
