After you sign up or get invited, Zippendo may ask you to verify your email before you can use the app or certain features.

What to do

  1. Check your inbox – Look for an email from Zippendo (or the product name) with subject like “Verify your email” or “Confirm your account”.
  2. Click the link – Open the email and click the verification link. It will usually open in your browser and confirm that your email is verified.
  3. Sign in – You can then sign in with your email and password. If you were in the middle of signing up, you may be taken straight into the app.
The link often expires after a period (e.g. 24 hours). If it’s expired, look for an option to “Resend verification email” on the sign-in or verify page and request a new one.

Not receiving the email

  • Spam / junk – Check your spam or junk folder and mark the sender as safe if needed.
  • Wrong email – If you signed up with the wrong address, you may need to sign up again with the correct one or contact support to update it.
  • Resend – Use Resend verification email (or similar) on the app’s verify-email page to get a new link.
Once your email is verified, you typically won’t need to verify again unless you change your email address and the app requires re-verification.
