Organization settings let you change your organization’s name and basic preferences. Open Settings and go to the Organization section.

What you can change

  • Organization name – The name that appears in the app (e.g. in the org switcher and in emails). Change it if you rebrand or need a clearer name for your team.
  • Other preferences – Depending on your plan, you may see options for language, timezone, or notifications. Adjust them as needed.
Only users with the right permissions (e.g. org admins) can edit organization settings. If you don’t see an edit option, ask an admin.

Multiple organizations

If you have access to more than one organization, use the organization switcher (e.g. in the sidebar) to switch between them. Each organization has its own settings, team, carriers, and data. See Switching organizations.
