Order channels are the places your orders come from (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce). When you connect a channel, orders from that store sync into Zippendo so you can create shipments and fulfill them in one place.

Where to find Order channels

Open Order channels from the main menu. You’ll see:
  • Connected stores – Shopify installations and WooCommerce sites you’ve already connected.
  • Available integrations – Options to connect Shopify, WooCommerce, or (when available) manual import.

Why connect a channel

  • Orders in one place – New orders from your store appear under Orders in Zippendo.
  • Create shipments from orders – Open an order and use Create Shipment to choose carrier and product; the shipment is linked to that order.
  • Stay in sync – When you (or the system) mark shipments as sent, order status can update to Fulfilled so your store and Zippendo stay aligned.

Supported channels

Connect one or more Shopify stores. Orders sync via the Shopify API and webhooks so new orders appear in Zippendo shortly after they’re placed.
