When you connect Shopify, orders from your store sync into Zippendo and you can create shipments from them without leaving the app.

Before you start

  • You need a Shopify store and admin access.
  • You’ll be asked to log in to Shopify (if not already) and approve the connection so Zippendo can read orders and (if applicable) update fulfillment status.

Steps to connect

1

Open Order channels

Go to Order channels in the main menu.
2

Click Connect Shopify

Find the Shopify card and click Connect Shopify (or similar). A modal or new page may open.
3

Enter your store URL or log in

Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com) or follow the link to log in to Shopify. You’ll be redirected to Shopify to authorize Zippendo.
4

Authorize the app

In Shopify, review the permissions and click Install or Allow. You’ll be redirected back to Zippendo. A success message confirms the store is connected.

Webhooks are set up automatically so new orders sync in near real time. You don’t need to configure webhooks yourself in Shopify for the Zippendo integration.

After connecting

  • The store appears under Order channels as a connected installation. You may see the store name and options to open settings or disconnect.
  • New orders from that store appear under Orders. Open an order and use Create Shipment to fulfill it.
  • If you have multiple Shopify stores, connect each one separately; each will show as its own installation.

Disconnecting

If you need to disconnect a store, use the Disconnect (or similar) action on that store’s card in Order channels. Orders that already synced remain in Zippendo, but new orders from that store will no longer sync.
Disconnecting stops order sync. Fulfillment status updates back to Shopify may also stop. Reconnect the store if you want sync and status updates again.
