If you have access to more than one organization (e.g. different brands or companies), you can switch between them without signing out.

Where to switch

The organization switcher is in the sidebar, usually at the bottom. It shows the name of the organization you’re currently in. [IMAGE: Placeholder – Screenshot of the sidebar with the organization/team switcher at the bottom highlighted.] Click the current organization name (or the switcher area) to open a list of organizations you can access. Select the one you want; the app will reload in that organization’s context.
Your carriers, shipments, orders, and settings are per organization. After switching, you’ll see the data and settings for the new organization.

If you don’t see another organization

  • You need to be invited to an organization. Ask an admin of that organization to invite you (via Settings → Team).
  • After accepting the invitation, the new organization appears in the switcher. If it doesn’t, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in.
Only organization admins can invite new members and manage team access. If you need access to another org, contact an admin for that org.
