Printers in Zippendo are the devices you use to print shipping labels (and optionally other documents). You add a printer, authorize it so Zippendo can send print jobs, and then you can print labels from shipments or use auto-print when a shipment is sent.Documentation Index

Where to find Printers
Open Printers from the main menu. You’ll see a list of printers you’ve added. Each printer has a name, type (Label or Document), status (e.g. Pending approval, Active), and actions (View, Edit, Approve, Disable, Delete). [IMAGE: Placeholder – Screenshot of the Printers list.]Why set up a printer
- Print labels – Send a print job from a shipment so the label comes out on your label printer.
- Auto-print – In shipping rules you can turn on “Auto-Print Labels” and choose a printer; when a shipment is sent, the label is printed automatically.
- Document printing – If you use a document printer type, you can print other shipment documents (e.g. packing lists).
