In Zippendo, Integrations (in the main menu) are connections to systems like warehouse management (WMS), ERP, and other tools. They are separate from Carriers (shipping companies) and Order channels (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce).

Where to find Integrations

Open Integrations from the main menu. You’ll see a grid of available integrations, often grouped by category (e.g. WMS, ERP, Other). Integration categories

Connect your warehouse system (e.g. SmartPack, SELVEO, PeakWMS, Ongoing WMS) so orders, inventory, or shipments stay in sync between Zippendo and your WMS.

What each integration does

Each integration has its own purpose:
  • WMS – Sync orders or shipments to/from your warehouse so picking and shipping align with Zippendo.
  • ERP – Sync orders, products, or shipping data with your ERP.
  • Other – E.g. trigger flows (Shopify Flow), send events to Klaviyo/Drip, or post to Slack when something happens (e.g. shipment sent).
Setup and credentials differ per integration. Use Connect or Learn more on an integration card to open setup steps or the help article for that integration (e.g. help.zippendo.com/integrations/[slug]).
