Complete the onboarding checklist to get your first shipment out the door. Most setups take a few minutes.

What is Zippendo?

Zippendo helps you manage shipping from one place: connect your carriers, create and track shipments, and (optionally) print labels. You can connect your webshop or order channels so orders flow in automatically and you choose how to ship them.

Main areas of the app

Carriers

Connect Postnord, DHL, Bring, and other carriers. Needed for correct pricing and labels.

Shipments

Create shipments, see status, and manage documents and labels.

Orders

View orders from your connected channels and create shipments from them.

Order channels

Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, or other sales channels so orders sync into Zippendo.

Set up your first carrier

Go to Carriers and connect a carrier (e.g. Postnord). You’ll need a sender address from Settings → Sender and your carrier credentials.

Create a shipment

Go to Shipments and click Create shipment. Choose carrier, product, sender and recipient, and parcels.

Connect an order channel (optional)

Under Order channels, connect Shopify or WooCommerce so new orders appear in Zippendo and you can create shipments from them.
